Our technicians have extensive experience working in LAN/WAN environments. They have expertise in troubleshooting, installing and configuring PC hardware and components; loading and configuring software, video and print drivers, and optimizing PC configurations. We have over 30 years combined experience in installing, configuring and maintaining PC’s and printers on Novell and Microsoft networks. Our technicians have experience supporting Windows desktops, including system registry, user profiles, system policies, installation scripts and plug and play device support.
Our technical staff has developed network solutions for customers, built and configured numerous servers and workstations, delivered and integrated these systems and supported these systems through their warranty and out of warranty periods. Our staff is capable of repairing systems and printers, and installing and maintaining various software packages.
Our depot technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing systems that are brought in by “walk in” customers. They also support our field staff with the systems that are brought in from the field.
