I have been working with Computer Services Unlimited (CSU) since 1993. Chuck and his team have been very helpful in providing support for our network related issues. They take care of our server, workstations, and printers. They take the time to listen to my concerns and then advise me on the best solutions for our company.

The biggest reason I use Computer Services Unlimited is for the peace of mind they give me. The entire burden of computer support is taken off my back, and I don’t have to worry about security threats or downtime. Now we are getting regular Microsoft updates, virus updates, spyware is being scanned and removed, the temporary files are getting cleaned up, and our backups are being taken care of. It’s really helped speed up our network, our programs run better, and we don’t have the recurring problems that we had in the past. Plus, there is a live person behind that service that alerts me to anything that isn’t right.

I have to run my medical practice and maintain my focus on keeping our patients happy and the income coming in. That takes precedence over removing temp files or scanning for spyware. Almost 2 years ago Inova Fairfax Hospital Gift Shops and Treasure Trove thrift/consignment stores signed a contract for the CSU GridWatch Program. Our network holds a lot of critical data that would be devastating to us if we lost it. The GridWatch program is fantastic! It alerts CSU to any potential problems on our network so that CSU can proactively take care of the situation before it becomes a huge problem. CSU is constantly monitoring our systems to make sure that nothing goes wrong that would jeopardize the security of our data and our records. This enables us to remain productive and continue our sales with no downtime.

I am so relieved to be rid of unexpected downtime. I don’t worry anymore about our computer network and all the irreplaceable data we have on it.
Our network is stable with CSU. We have eight different locations and our end users can email a problem to CSU, it immediately turns into a ticket in their system and is assigned to a network engineer.

I would like to share my experiences with Computer Services Unlimited (CSU) in Chantilly, Virginia. They have performed services on my various personal computers for at least the last ten years and I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and services. I have been so impressed with them that they have built my latest desktop and laptop computers. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any computer problems.

I am not a novice at computers. My first computer was a 286 with a 10MB hard drive. I can figure out many of my problems myself, but when one stumps me, CSU is the place I always go. I have had experts in my office try to figure out some of my problems with only so so results. CSU always figures out the problems and repairs them expediently. Their prices are also very competitive.

Maybe I am or am not like most people. When my computer is down, I feel absolutely lost. Anymore, I do not spend much time pulling out my hair trying to figure out the problem. CSU technicians have always experienced the computer problems I have had and fix them very promptly.

I tried other computer repair shops before discovering CSU. It usually seemed that they were guessing and did not have much experience with my problems. When I was lucky enough to find CSU, I have never used any other computer repair shop.

I recommend Computer Services Unlimited, Chantilly for anyone who wants their computer repaired or built with confidence that they will get the best service available. They are indeed true professionals. This is especially refreshing in a world that these days lacks service oriented business. I really can’t say I am looking forward to seeing them again, because I hope that I do not have further computer problems. When technology changes though, they will be the firm to build my next computers and I am very pleased to recommend them.

They did it again. CSU duplicated and delivered 800 CD’s, under budget and earlier than expected. We asked them to duplicate 800 CD’s in three days, they did it in two! This meant that we could deliver our training manuals to the troops earlier than expected. They beat the competition on this project by more than $1,000.00. You can bet we will be going back to them with our next project.

We are so fortunate to have found CSU. We can call them from anywhere we are travelling and they respond immediately. I really like that they have live people answer the phones that can actually answer my questions! During a recent trip, my laptop was crushed. I was devastated and so worried about everything on it. I called CSU, we sent the laptop over night to them, they were able to recover my data, build me a new laptop and then sent it back to me over night. In August 2011, we signed up with Computer Services Unlimited (CSU) Grid Watch service because we were having on-going server issues, which caused our computers to run slower than normal or be down during our business hours. As a paperless practice using Avimark, our computer system plays an important role in the way we run the veterinary hospital and having it down creates a stressful environment for our team of Doctors and staff.

CSU was instrumental in defining deficiencies within our computer equipment and network. They provided us with recommendations and a proposal to watch our Server 24x7, something we had never done before. Now if our Server has problems, CSU knows about it immediately and is able to remedy the problems, most times remotely. In addition, our operating system is kept up to date, as well as our virus protection. All of this is done without it affecting our daily use of our systems. We have been very pleased we took the leap to have our systems monitored consistently and we are very pleased with the staff's technical abilities and customer service.
